We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to manage the food operation in Northampton.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Head Chef in delivering a consistent, compliant, and profitable department
* Working closely with key stakeholders to meet statutory requirements
* Managing kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
Hours: 07:00 - 15:00
Pay Rate: £18 - £20.17 per hour
