Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum

Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Pastry Chef. You will be responsible for creating high quality fresh desserts, breads, and pastries. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity & technical skill.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods for the restaurant, weddings, and events.
2. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation.
3. Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop seasonal menus.
4. Oversee pastry section operations, including stock control and supplier management.
5. Ensure consistency and quality across all pastry offerings.
6. Train and mentor junior staff.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a similar quality venue.
2. Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and modern plating styles.
3. Creative flair with a passion for high-quality, fresh ingredients.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
