We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager / Hiring Manager based in United Kingdom or Netherlands
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales & Marketing departments both domestically and internationally, ensuring hiring targets are met.
2. Collaborate closely with Global business units (North America, LATAM, Europe, Middle East Africa, APAC) and HRBP to understand talent needs and ensure the successful recruitment, selection, and placement of top talent.
3. Utilize diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals, to source and attract high-quality candidates globally.
4. Build and maintain a strong global talent pipeline to support key hiring needs and future workforce planning.
5. Assist in optimizing recruitment processes and participate in various talent acquisition-related projects to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; fluency in English is required. Proficiency in the Chinese language will be a plus. Overseas education or work experience is a plus.
2. 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with in-house recruitment or headhunting experience in Sales & Marketing & Tech Engineer roles.
3. Proficient in global recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms, with an ability to adapt to international hiring practices.
4. Strong analytical skills in identifying and assessing talent, with excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
5. Highly efficient, proactive, and results-driven, with a clear thought process and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. A team player with excellent execution skills and a passion for talent acquisition.
