- Maintain consistent quality and quantity control
- Support the Sous and Head Chef with ordering and supplier relationships
- Be involved in training and development of the team
- Understand and comply with food hygiene regulations and HACCP
- Have previous experience in a fresh food restaurant, being creative and led by produce
- Be passionate and enthusiastic about the industry and driven to progress
- Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie working with fresh food and ingredients
- Have great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
