Sous Chef – Ascot
We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef for a rustic style brasserie in a luxury 5 star hotel setting. The Sous chef will deputise for the Head Chef in this open plan kitchen ensuring service and food quality is maintained at all times.

The Person
The Sous Chef will have:
* Previous experience as a Sous chef in a similar setting
* rosette experience ideally and a fresh food background
* High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
* Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
* Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
* Be driven and willing to mentor junior chefs
* Have the confidence to create and be innovative
* Leadership skills
* Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
