Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Morocco & Algeria day-to-day administration of policies, processes and programs covering several or all the following: recruiting, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, compensation and benefits, coaching, employee performance, legal and labor relations.
2. Manage employee lifecycle activities including contracts, promotion or pay changes, disciplinary and exits.
3. Provide forward thinking HR consultation on operational and process issues impacting the business and take forward suggested HR proposals for review and implementation.
4. Coach and develop managers around employee relations, performance management, goal setting and other key areas. Ensure all related processes defined from global HR are effectively executed within timeline.
