Promote a strong company-wide recruiting culture, drive best practices for interviewing, selection and hiring. This is a fixed term contract for up to one year to cover maternity leave. This role is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to go into our Apsley, Hemel Hempstead office with links close to Apsley Train station and the M1 on Monday and Wednesday's. Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience Manage the partnerships with our recruiting vendors Drive the entire recruiting process from start to finish: source, qualify, coordinate interviews, feedback, and consult candidates and managers Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging employee referrals, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline Understand competitive landscape and partner with Talent and/or Director of HR to increase effectiveness of recruitment efforts and branding strategies. Responsible for the ATS and internal/external job postings Partners and meets with hiring managers to analyze and understand position needs and duties Develop innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of Hiring Managers Ensures recruiting and employment activities follow government regulations and Company policies Responsible for ATS candidate documentation and tracking for department metrics Proactively source and network with candidates, facilitate interview pre-screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers timely Partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout recruitment process Assist managers with pre-employment and onboarding process Perform other duties as assigned Prefer 2-3 plus years’ experience in full cycle recruiting Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; iCIMS experience a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Detail-oriented, consistent, organized, and analytical MS Office suite skills Ability to use good judgment and discretion Able to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced work environment Strong work ethic, integrity and possess a dedication to results Ability to manage through change, work independently with little supervision Self-motivated, positive and flexible outlook Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Sense of humor a must
