The Role:
As a key member of the HR team, you will:
* Support high-volume recruitment, including scheduling interviews, tests, candidate communications, and pre-employment medicals.
* Maintain training and development records while advising on training opportunities.
* Provide administrative support across HR and Payroll functions.
* Manage employee benefits administration and guidance.
* Handle employee queries related to day-to-day HR matters.
* Ensure accurate maintenance of employee, training, and HR records.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
* Experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
* Previous HR experience in a manufacturing setting (advantageous).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
