Senior or Junior Sous Chef role: Assist Head Chef, manage kitchen team, prepare and cook dishes to quality standards.
* Assist Head Chef with kitchen operations, team management, and training.
* Prepare, cook, and portion food to hotel standards.
* Ensure effective stock management, cleanliness, and a safe working environment.
* Report for duty on time, wearing uniform and protective clothing.
* Perform other reasonable duties.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of ingredients and creative use.

* Excellent time management.
* Previous experience in a busy kitchen.
