The position requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
* Evaluate complex change requirements and provide technical concurrence
* Implement configuration changes to the supported infrastructure
* Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers and internal teams
* Update and maintain technical operational documentation post significant changes
* Review current software and hardware versions for end-of-life notifications
