As a Pastry Junior Sous Chef you will:
* Supervises and ensures that the agreed standards of food reparation and service are adhered to at all times
* Checks storage areas to ensure that proper storage and rotation of food takes place and that the relative paperwork is kept up to date
* Checks on all food products in the Kitchen to ensure standards are being adhered to.
* Supervises and train in food production areas to maintain Hotel standards.
* Keeps the Executive Chef notified of any problems or complaints as and when they arise.
* Maintains any paperwork relative to production charts, cost control, banqueting or special orders.
* Ensures that all food is prepared to recipes designated by the Chef.
* Ensures both Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance
