We are currently recruiting for a Health Club & Spa Membership Sales Executive at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Fawsley Hall Hotel is located within Northamptonshire and offers our guest a luxurious stay, the hotel boasts 4 AA Red Stars and a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. For rest and relaxation Fawsley Hall is host to one of the Midland’s best destination spas and state-of-the-art wellness and health club facilities. Its formal gardens and parkland were sculpted by the renowned architect Capability Brown in the 1760s. About the Role As Health Club & Spa Membership Sales Executive your role will involve promoting and maximising new memberships sales opportunities, ensuring all enquiries are followed up and making recommendations to meet the needs of your clients. You will welcome new potential clients into the Health Club and Spa and provide them with an in depth show round, promoting the facilities and enticing clients with the high levels of service that they can expect as a member. You will be responsible for the membership administration, dealing with all membership queries and amendments, processing the monthly subscriptions and following up on any overdue payments. With an emphasis on Membership retention your will also be responsible for ensuring you focus on membership engagement, with a proactive and professional approach. Working alongside the Health Club & Spa Manager you will produce statistics for weekly & monthly figures for membership sales and will be involved with the overall strategy and implementation of the sales and marketing plan for membership and spa sales. Being the ultimate people person who enjoys building positive relationships with everyone you meet, giving them faith and confidence in your knowledge and organisation abilities from the very first conversation. About you : To be considered for this role, you will have current experience in a sales role, ideally within a Health Club or Spa environment. Be able to demonstrate a real passion and interest in the Health Club & Spa industry and thrive on being up to date with both current and future market trends. It is essential you are highly motivated and driven and can act on your own initiative where appropriate. Able to demonstrate a methodical and highly organised approach and have a systematic approach to your work. You have the ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner. Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests needs and create memories. This is a Part-Time role working 3 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 20 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
