As a Data Engineer, you’ll join our Data Governance and Data Engineering team to design, build, and optimize data structures and pipelines within our on-premises and cloud (Microsoft Azure) environments. You’ll work with state-of-the-art cloud-based technologies to support analytics and data-led decision-making across the organization. Occasionally, you may also step in for the Lead Data Engineer to collaborate with stakeholders on key projects. Key Responsibilities Mentorship: Support and guide junior data engineers, ensuring solutions are efficient, reliable, and add business value. Project Design & Implementation: Lead data engineering projects on both cloud and on-premise stacks, ensuring compliance with architectural and data security standards. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Business Intelligence, and IT Services, to implement comprehensive data solutions. Innovation: Stay informed on new techniques and technologies in data engineering, suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance business outcomes.
