Award-winning country club and hotel seeking dynamic Head Chef for new food & beverage direction in the manor house for 2025. Key responsibilities include leading the culinary team, overseeing kitchen operations, and managing kitchen staff.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
* Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, quality control, and kitchen hygiene.
* Ensure consistency and excellence in food quality, presentation, and flavor profiles.
* Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.

* Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel environment.
* Culinary qualification from a recognized culinary institution preferred.
