You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day food operations, with excellent kitchen management skills, financial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.
Working with the Executive Head Chef and existing Executive Sous Chef, you will help create menus for the restaurant using the best locally sourced organic produce, including award-winning meats, fish, and cheese from the surrounding area.
