Service Desk Analyst Location: London 2-3 days p/week Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (including occasional weekend cover) Salary: Up to £30,000 Benefits: 5-10% Pension, Private healthcare and dental health cover, 30 days holidays bank holidays We are partnering with one of the biggest NFP organizations in the UK who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their friendly and customer-focused IT support team. Acting as the first point of contact for IT queries, you'll provide technical support to users across the organisation, helping resolve issues efficiently and ensuring excellent service delivery. Responsibilities Log, triage and resolve IT issues and service requests. Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Escalate complex issues when needed and follow up to ensure resolution. Manage IT assets and support user onboarding and offboarding. Contribute to knowledge base updates and team improvements. Participate in a support rota (weekdays 8am-6pm, plus occasional weekend cover). Experience Experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory. Good understanding of basic networking and remote support tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
