In a Human Resources Generalist role, your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of impactful areas, including: Meet the needs of the business/function by supporting employees and managers through its day-to-day operations interfacing with Centers of Expertise (e.g. payroll, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Services, etc.) Performance Management Subject Matter Expert including: supporting managers with the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) development process, leading performance-based employee transitions/separations, the assigned resource for employee questions or concerns and providing guidance for overall Performance Management including the Annual Performance Manage employee accommodation/capability Leave Management Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution: Complete fact finding into policy/grievance and/or other behavior concerns. Liaise with Workplace Security to triage any Workplace Safety or Threat Assessment concerns. Be active and agile in your participation on Projects and various work tasks as assigned by your Business Partner. HR Case Management Tracking : Keep and maintain documentation of employee/manager concerns/intakes that may result in discipline or an investigation. Showcase Analytics and Data learning: Familiarize yourself with data reporting through tools (such as Visier); may be asked to generate dashboards related to business requests. Culture/Engagement: Participate in action planning for UKX Survey engagement results. May proactively lead actions such as exit interviews, stay interviews, etc. Ad hoc : May assist with Talent Review, Year-End Merit Planning, Global Mobility (i.e. Immigration), QBR prep, employee death process, Reduction in Force (RIF), training, Individual Development Planning, policy application (such as Return To Each Other (RTEO) or work-mode policies, Wage and Hour, Drug Free Workplace, etc.), Mergers and Acquisitions, business planning meetings (such as weekly HR team), finance headcount/data request and other special projects.
