Overview of the role as Complaints Handler & Admin Assistant:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and effective communication abilities.
Responsibilities as a Complaints Handler & Admin Assistant:
* Oversee the end-to-end customer complaints process, ensuring thorough resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Accurately perform data entry tasks and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records.
* Professionally manage incoming phone calls, demonstrating courteous and effective communication skills.
* Assist in scheduling removals and installations, coordinating team calendars efficiently.
* Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and document scanning, as required.
Experience needed to be successful in the role as Complaints Handler & Admin Assistant:
* Solid proficiency with office software and digital tools.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, though not essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
