Rewards Manager UKI & Nordics Become the UKI & Nordics Compensation and Benefits SME and help to develop/analyze budgets for our various compensation, incentive & benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market trends, regulations & Philips overall goals. Your role: - As Rewards Manager for UKI & Nordics you, and your one direct report, will look after the compensation and benefits for 6 countries including: - Developing & examining budgets for merit increases, retention strategies, and various incentive programs, such as long-term incentives (LTI), annual incentives (AI), and sales incentives (SI), conducting in-depth analyses of external market data, forecasting trends, and ensuring that all compensation strategies are aligned with Philips' overall strategic goals and financial objectives. - Evaluating annual benefit program budgets by reviewing proposed changes and ensuring they align with the organizational objectives, financial constraints, and employee needs, working closely with benefits leads to make informed decisions that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. - Creating, updating, and ensuring the implementation of rewards policies to maintain proper governance, compliance, and adherence to local and international regulations, regularly reviewing policy effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency and alignment with global operations (e.g. EU Pay Transparency) - Provides expert advice on complex rewards topics and unique situations, offering innovative solutions to mitigate risks and align with company's long-term strategy, showcasing a deep understanding of industry best practices and the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes. - From competitive salary and performance bonus to family friendly policies, flexible benefits and access to Philips University, a career at Philips comes with all sorts of wonderful benefits. You're right for this role if: - You have experience in: - Retention for individuals and collectives in the UKI and ideally Europe - Creating and communicating Sales Incentives - Flexible benefits and have managed a stakeholder pension scheme - You consider your stakeholder management skills to be collaborative and confident, with experience of influencing 3rd party suppliers and a matrix, HR organisation - You understand EU pay transparency and Gender Pay Gap reporting - Education: Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
