Ennov is seeking sales representatives to strengthen its team in Europe. Reporting to our VP of Sales & Marketing in Paris, you will be responsible for selling our Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Trials solutions to clients in the life sciences and healthcare sectors located in Europe, and potentially in Asia. Your Profile – Skills and Required Experience: You have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role selling IT solutions to clients in the life sciences sector. You are fluent in English and French. Being a native English speaker is a plus for this position. Role and Responsibilities Prospection: Conduct prospection activities. Participate in pre-sales activities: manage appointments, deliver presentations, and prepare meeting reports. Attend promotional events and user group meetings. Present the product catalog to prospects and clients. Managing Commercial Aspects Between Prospects/Clients and the Company: Prepare quotes and respond to needs within the limits of Ennov Group's available offerings. Conduct negotiations for commercial contracts. Finalize sales. Record all interactions with prospects and clients in shared tools and maintain updated records. Client Relationship Management: Oversee conflict resolution. Ensure the sustainability of client relationships. Prepare and promptly transfer files to post-sales teams in accordance with current guidelines. Submit regular activity reports to Sales and Marketing Management, following the established procedures. Keep the CRM system updated. Report any difficulties with managed accounts well before an open crisis arises. Provide suggestions for improving the developed applications. Actively contribute to quality assurance efforts. Contribution to Client Satisfaction: Ensure clear, complete, and compliant contracts aligned with Ennov Group's offerings.
