An exciting opportunity at a boarding school to support the Chef Manager and team. You will be working alongside a close knit team catering for students so working well as part of a team is essential. The pastry chef would be responsible catering pastry for the students from cakes, crumbles to pizza bases at a high volume. Work ethic and the ability to work well within a team are essential. This is a Monday to Friday role working from 10:00 till 18:30 having every evening and weekend off. This role would suit a chef ideally from a fresh food background that has a basic knowledge of pastry to be able to execute crumbles and sponge cakes for the students and staff of the school.
