We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef with at least 2 years experience in that role to join our client's team at a high-end fine dining venue in Croydon.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
2. Prepare fresh, high-quality dishes from scratch, including pasta, and other fine dining offerings.
3. Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all meals.
4. Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
5. Manage inventory, stock control, and kitchen operations efficiently.
6. Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards.
