£80/100k basic with an OTE of £140k/£160k+

I’m working on a search for an Associate Director to run the contract side (800+ contractors) of a very successful Tech/Digital Recruitment agency.
* Coaching and mentoring Consultants at all levels e.g., Trainee through to Team Lead
* Areas of focus should be opening new clients by selling the “specialist recruiter” model, developing relationships with clients and candidates, introducing “speed and urgency”, qualification, controlling the process, closing etc
* Ensuring Consultants are exceeding targets and have a good level of consistency
* Creating a positive sale environment
* Managing the P&L for the whole contract business
* Creating a strategic hiring plan to achieve growth in terms of headcount and revenue
In return, you’ll be given all the tools and support to do your job, including the latest recruitment technology, fantastic agency infrastructure, great comms scheme, professional Internal Recruitment team/onboarding, structured social/professional media content promoting the brand etc.
Basic for the role is £80,000 / £100,000 + bonus, they can also provide a 12-month guaranteed bonus/comms to cover lost earnings.
