* Have 3 years experience in retail sales

As the Sales Executive:
Help customers navigate through the buying experience, ensuring they have all the information they require to make a purchase. Ensuring at all times you comply with the company selling process. You will enjoy exceeding sales targets.
Main Duties
* Greet customers and guide them through the car buying process.
* Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
* Provide detailed information about features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through proactive follow-ups and networking.
* Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends
* Demonstrate vehicles during test drives and provide comprehensive product demonstrations.
* Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
* Work closely with colleagues in the dealership, including finance, service, and management teams, to ensure smooth operations
* Assist with paperwork, including sales agreements, financing applications, and registration.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
