Job Title: Luxury Kitchen Sales Executive
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (OTE up to £35,000)
Location: Bromsgrove
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday with 1 Weekend Day Per Month
A growing company that specialises in luxury home interiors is looking to hire a Sales Professional. This full-time, on-site role in Bromsgrove involves engaging with retail clients and property developers, providing quotes, and managing a high volume of customer enquiries. You’ll also manage diary scheduling to ensure each sale progresses smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
* Engage with customers and provide tailored quotes for worktops and related products.
* Stay organised and manage multiple tasks and client interactions simultaneously.
* Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
* Support the team in achieving targets and maintain a positive, proactive approach.
* Weekend work required: approximately 1 day per month.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in worktop sales or kitchen sales is required.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in presentations.
* Ability to thrive in a team environment.
