The Role

As a Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Chef in managing and overseeing kitchen operations.
Only candidates from the UK will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead, develop, and inspire the kitchen team.
2. Contribute to delivering a premium dining experience.
3. Collaborate on menu planning and food preparation.
4. Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen.
5. Monitor and manage stock levels.
Requirements:
6. Previously worked as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
7. Extensive background in a dynamic, quality-focused kitchen.
8. Demonstrated expertise in leading and nurturing a culinary team.
9. Charismatic, creative, and experienced at the Sous Chef level.
10. Must have the right to work in UK.
