I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning pub & hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to aid their brigade for their quality gastropub with 2 separate outlets in the stunning South Wiltshire countryside within easy commute from Salisbury, The New Forest, East Dorset, Bournemouth and Southampton.
The successful Sous Chef will have good experience for 2-3yrs+ cooking with fresh produce in hotels or restaurants or 3/4* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.
In this instance, applicants will need access to a means of transport and full eligibility to live and work without restriction in the UK
