Reed HR are on the hunt for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our clients Talent Acquisition strategy in Reigate.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in recruitment, preferably with internal recruitment experience.

Day-to-day of the role:
* Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
* Build and maintain a strong employer brand in the marketplace
* Utilise recruitment metrics to drive decision-making and improve processes
* Lead, coach, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve excellence
* Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
* Implement innovative sourcing strategies and use social media to engage with potential candidates
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in recruitment, with a preference for internal recruitment expertise
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms
* Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across the organisation
* Knowledge of current employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
