Pay: £19.40 per hour
Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
Lead and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Assist with menu development and contribute creative ideas.
Manage stock levels, ordering, and minimize food waste.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.

Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume or quality-focused kitchen.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
