Supporting the Executive Chef, you will oversee and lead the kitchen brigade across all areas of the business. You will deliver high-quality food offerings while ensuring budgets are met and exceeded. As a natural leader, you will inspire your team to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience through clear communication, innovation, and teamwork.

Main Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
* Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high culinary standards.
* Create innovative, trend-led menus annually that align with budget and cost targets while delivering outstanding quality and presentation.
* Motivate, manage, and develop the kitchen brigade through effective communication, delegation, and performance management.
* Monitor and manage kitchen budgets, food costs, and labour costs to ensure financial targets are consistently met.
* Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams for menu tastings and to align culinary offerings with client expectations.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations, allergen policies, and cleanliness standards.
* Maintain rigorous stock control systems and liaise with the Stock Control Manager to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
* Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a high-performance culture that delivers excellence.
