Your new role
You will be providing 1st line support and must be able to work different shift patterns, including occasional weekends and bank holidays. Your primary responsibility will be to support in the resolution of incidents and service requests.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Good foundational knowledge of IT Support.
2. Experience across the Microsoft Suite and Windows.
3. Ability to perform initial investigations and troubleshooting.
4. Some financial experience (desirable).
