* Salary of to £38,000 + accommodation, or £45,000 per annumwithout accommodation
Based outside of Henley and close to Marlow, we are looking for a Sous Chef that will be part of this successful Gastropub and company group - understanding of fresh produce, suppliers, costing, and a background in a good reputable fine dining establishment is essential. You will be part of a strong team whilst working with a Michelin star group Executive Chef. As part of this great project, whoever comes in will have creative menu input.
