Day-to-day of the role: Handle new and existing sales leads over the phone, via the internet, and in-person for those customers who prefer to visit our office. Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring their needs are met in compliance with FCA guidelines and treating customers fairly. Pursue every new business lead with determination and close deals at every opportunity. Propose customers to finance companies, ensuring accurate information is provided to both the customer and the administration department. Address and resolve any customer queries regarding their order. Required Skills & Qualifications: Ability to quickly develop rapport and build meaningful relationships with key customers.
