Our client, a well-established, regional Housebuilder based in Hertfordshire, is seeking a New Homes Sales Executive to join them due to continued growth, working on an initial site near Leighton Buzzard with further sites across the region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for the sale of mid to high-end properties with prices on the initial site ranging from £400k to £750k in value. This role reports into the Sales Manager and offers an attractive package and commission scheme.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience in New Homes Sales, a full driving licence, and a willingness to travel to other sites and meetings. Weekend working is required in the position on a rota basis.

* Able to commute to Leighton Buzzard and to the office in Letchworth.
* Prior experience in new build sales, ideally from a developer background.
* Experience selling traditionally-built homes rather than flats.
* A full UK Driver's License.
* Confidence in liaising with customers and providing excellent customer service.
