Head Chef – Milford Hall Salisbury
An exciting new chapter is underway at Milford Hall Salisbury! Following a full refurbishment and our current transition into the IHG family as a voco hotel, we are looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and shape an innovative, high-quality dining experience.
We are setting out to redefine hospitality in Salisbury, and our food offering will be at the heart of it. From our contemporary Brasserie to stylish banqueting and lounge dining, we want to create dishes that keep guests coming back time and time again. Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all kitchen operations across our restaurant, bar, lounge, and banqueting facilities
2. Develop and implement exciting, contemporary, and innovative menus
3. Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
4. Manage stock control, ordering, and achieve key financial targets including GP management
5. Train, develop, and lead a skilled kitchen team
6. Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment
2. Passion for modern, stylish cuisine with a creative flair for menu development
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
5. A commitment to maintaining exceptional standards in food preparation and presentation
