About the Role
* Support the development and implementation of strategies to attract, retain and engage our employees.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related issues.
* Provide expert advice on employment law and best practices.
This is a full-time position based in London. You will be expected to work closely with our senior leadership team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. A strong understanding of employment law and excellent communication skills are essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance and annual leave.
