What you’ll do:
We are looking for a passionate individual, to deliver and organise training, workshops and blended learning activities to enable learners to achieve all learning outcomes on the Project Management qualification whilst meeting requirements of awarding organisations, Welsh Government, Estyn Common Inspection Framework and ALS.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including learners, line managers, and employers. This is a long-term opportunity for someone eager to grow within the company, with a strong focus on professional development.
The role is field-based and will require the trainer to deliver across Wales, the trainer will be directly line managed by the Route Manager.
What we need from you:
1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management - Essential
2. Relevant Project Management qualification (APM PMQ/Prince 2/Agile etc) – Desirable
3. Experience of developing training materials and delivering workshop style training to groups
4. Qualified Assessor or willing to work towards this qualification
5. A valid UK Driving licence with access to a vehicle
6. Applicants must have the Right to work in the UK
7. Good standard of education: GCSE (or equivalent) English & Math

A two-stage interview process consisting of:
1. 1st stage - A face to face interview at our Head Office
2. 2nd stage – a work-based task (for example - a micro teach, presentation or written task, full details will be provided before interview)
