We are seeking an experienced SAP Training Manager to lead the training strategy and delivery for a UK-based client undergoing an SAP transformation. This is a contract role (Outside IR35).
Role Overview:
As the SAP Training Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end training program, ensuring effective user adoption of SAP systems across various business units. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage a team of trainers, and develop structured training plans aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an SAP training strategy to support business transformation.
* Manage and coordinate a team of SAP trainers to deliver high-quality training.
* Design and oversee the creation of training materials, including workshops, e-learning content, and documentation.
* Engage with stakeholders to assess training needs and drive user adoption.
* Ensure training delivery aligns with business processes and SAP best practices.
* Monitor training effectiveness and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an SAP Training Manager within large-scale SAP programs.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules and end-user training methodologies.
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to develop structured training programs and ensure smooth delivery.
* UK-based with availability for on-site training as required.
