A higher education organisation in London are looking for an Interim Recruitment Manager. The role is initially for 6 months and to line manage a small recruitment team. The role is based in London with hybrid working and an immediate start. Client Details Higher Education Organisation Based in London Description An Interim Recruitment Manager to: - Lead and manage a small team of recruitment administrators - Oversee the teams day to day work ensuring SLA's are met - Enhance recruitment practices and implement policies and procedures - Ensure the team deliver an outstanding recruitment service to the wider organisation - Liaise with managers and support on their recruitment needs, JD's and queries - Respond to job applications and lead on some end to end recruitment - Ensure standardisation of recruitment processes - Develop and maintain a partnership with the wider organisation - Provide regular updates and reports - Ensure right to work checks and compliance is carried out Profile A Interim Recruitment Manager with: - Line management experience essential - Higher education experience essential - NHS, public or not for profit experience desirable Job Offer Interim Recruitment Manager Immediate Start £200 per day London Based - Hybrid Working 6 months initially
