Pastry Sous Chef – Global Events Team

Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday (when not travelling)
£55,000 – £60,000 plus £400 to £500 event bonuses per race
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading international hospitality group for a unique opportunity to join their Global Events Team as a Pastry Sous Chef.
This is a high-profile role suited to an experienced and ambitious pastry professional who is excited by the opportunity to deliver exceptional patisserie at major international events.
When not travelling, the role is based in West London, working Monday to Friday within a state-of-the-art kitchen environment.
What’s on offer:
* Competitive salary between £55,000 and £60,000
* Bonuses averaging £400 to £500 per international event
