They are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with a background in similar standard kitchens to join their gifted brigade and help them continue in their success.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
1. Ideally already have good experience in a high-quality kitchen.
2. Be flexible to work on all sections as required and have the ability to train junior chefs on each section.
3. Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and deputise for senior Chefs when required.
4. Have good kitchen management skills and be committed to providing a high level of cuisine and service at all times.
