THE ROLE As a Sushi Chef you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of standards in the kitchen and assisting with the preparation of all dishes. Your tasks as Sushi Chef will include but will not be limited to: Having great sushi knowledge with a genuine interest in learning and developing your skills. Preparing Sushi, Sashimi and other Japanesse dishes. Having a passion for quality food and knowledge of Asian produce. Having excellent knife skills. Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and adhering to all health and safety requirements. Ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of the full menu offering. Assist with the preparation of dishes; ensuring your work is always delivered to the highest standard.
