The role
demands for an individual who has good previous sales experience, preferably in a cold call setting. Someone who is confident in handling objections and is results driven will thrive in this fast-paced and commission rewarded role. Intensive 1-2-1 training and induction is provided to ensure that the successful candidate can competently hold a conversation regarding this specialist product without the need for previous understanding of the product offering.
Main duties of the role include:
1. Present, promote and sell company services pro-actively to existing and prospective customers
2. Follow up all sales enquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction,
3. Meet/exceed call and sales targets consistently with positive and proactive attitude
4. Record all information on the company CRM in detail ensuring all correspondence is documented accordingly
5. Attend exhibitions where necessary to generate new leads
Key skills and competencies required:
6. Excellent sales skills along with a great phone manner
7. Ability to manage and prioritise work load and tasks
8. Attention to detail with “right first time” as a priority
9. Competent in the use of CRM database and in the use of Microsoft Office products
10. Customer oriented, results driven
