The Company:
Unite Learning Limited is a startup company that puts quality at the forefront. We partner with further and higher education training providers to offer employers government-funded training for their workforce. This role offers successful candidates the opportunity to do something different, learn new skills, and gain experience in a niche market with exciting career growth opportunities!
Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 basic salary depending on experience.
Additional Weekly and Monthly Incentives: Including Early Finishes, Extra Holiday Days, Vouchers to Spend etc.
Hours: No Weekend Work! Monday to Friday 9 am to 4:30 pm (35 hours per week)
Annual Leave: 33 days holiday, That’s a full week more than the norm!

Purpose of the role:
Drive sales by sourcing, identifying, and gaining suitable candidates for government-funded training. This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales role, you will contact employers to provide them with quality information advice and guidance on the funded training available to them, you will identify their learning and development needs and offer the Fully Funded (Free) and Partially Funded Training available.
In Terms of Your Day to Day You'll Be:
1. Self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
2. Attending and closing your own online sales appointments.
3. Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
4. Providing accurate Information Advice and Guidance.
5. Provide all clients with a quality service tailored to their needs.
6. Strategic Networking.
7. Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
8. Working in line with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
9. Maintain effective communication with all team members including management.
10. Provide weekly and monthly progress reports.
11. Review and analyse own performance against required outcomes to ensure organisational targets are met or exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Motivated and Sales-Driven attitude to work.
2. Sales experience and experience in the world of training is a bonus.
3. Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
4. Proven record of achieving targets.
5. Ability to sell to different audiences including Business Owners and HR Managers.
6. A strong work ethic and be a Team Player.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS) – Able to use MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
