Our client is a well-established organisation currently seeking a dependable and enthusiastic individual with a dedication to quality and service to join their growing team as an Internal Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
* In-house commercial contact for a national and international customer base providing excellent service at all times.
* Cultivating solid relationships with key customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
* Working alongside fellow Internal Sales Officers focusing on managing customers’ expectations in a proactive manner.
* Creation and follow up of quotes.
* Liaising with external sales teams, planning and purchasing departments.
* Order processing from order receipt through to fulfilment as cover when required.
* Maintaining records and filing of relevant paperwork.
Skills:
1. Proactive account management, previous B2B and manufacture experience.
2. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in order to maintain and build customer relationships.
3. A pleasant, confident telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
4. Organisational, problem-solving and prioritising skills.
5. Attention to detail with a 'first time right’ attitude.
6. Computer literacy and previous experience of ERP systems, SYSPRO, CRM, QuoteWerks an advantage but full training given.
