What you will do
We seek a VRF HVAC Senior Sales Executive for our Building Technologies and Solutions division. The role focuses on VRF, Chiller, and Heat Pump sales targeting end users, specifications, consultants, contractors, and M&E firms. You will leverage innovative products to differentiate our services, build on existing relationships, and generate new business. Your goal is to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and expand our market presence.
How you will do it
You will operate independently with a customer-focused approach, understanding client needs and aligning them with our solutions. Your relationship-building skills will help grow your portfolio and enhance our brand. Your experience will enable you to identify new clients and sales opportunities across your region.
What we look for
* Experience in VRF, Chiller, or Heat Pump HVAC industries (engineering or sales)
* Technical knowledge at degree level or equivalent
* Proven success in acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones
* Strong communication skills and sales track record in a commercial setting
* Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Skill in explaining technical info to non-technical audiences
Preferred:
* Sales experience in the VRF market
* Knowledge of leading HVAC brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Hitachi
* Location preference: Midlands or South (not essential)
