Sales Executive FMCG - Food Maidenhead ( or Leigh, Manchester ) - 3 days in the office Salary – competitive (depending on experience) plus bonus The opportunity: A global food company with an amazing culture are, due to a recent internal promotion looking for a Sales Executive. You will take ownership of managing the Amazon business relationship while offering comprehensive sales support for Tesco. This is a broad, fast paced role which offers the chance to be a core part of a very vibrant high performing sales team, who are tremendously proud of their high standards and customer relationships. What will my key accountabilities be? Tesco Sales Administrative Support Internal reporting for Tesco sales & promotions Completing promotional nominations and loading promotions on customer systems Loading and keeping track of product pricing, promotions and spend in ABWF systems at key times in the year. ( quarterly and annually ) Managing invoice claims and discrepancies Processing customer product sample request Amazon Account Management Full P&L responsibility Manage Customer Relationship & Communications Undertake all necessary internal reporting for customer In addition supporting on : - Organisation and co-ordination of outstanding customer engagement meetings with the sales team Administrative support for accounts such as Waitrose & Ocado Build and manage the Tesco performance score card And getting involved in : Monthly Tesco forecast and spend reviews ( pre-work, actions & minutes ) Day to day Tesco buyer communications & Tesco online system management Sales & Marketing training & development events Who will I be working with? External: Customers – across Buying and Category teams Internal: Wide range of stakeholders across sales, brand, shopper marketing, demand planning, and finance A great candidate will have: Highly proficient MS office skills, especially in excel and is comfortable navigating spreadsheets, reports and data A good understanding of sales performance metrics knowledge of the UK Grocery market is desirable Fantastic organisational skills, enabling you to prioritise & handle multiple tasks seamlessly.
