Role: Sales Executive
Salary: £25,000 base – Realistic £35-£45k in year 1.

You’ve worked in sales before. You know what it’s like to close deals, build relationships, and hit targets. But maybe you’re looking for something a bit less corporate and more about selling a passion-product; this could be the opportunity for you.
Welcome to SuperBike Factory - We’re Europe’s largest used motorbike retailer, and if you’re into bikes (or at least curious about them), this is where you want to be because you’ll be helping customers buy the bike of their dreams and earning serious commission along the way.
What’s in it for you:
* Money: Basic salary + uncapped commission. Realistically, you’ll be looking at £35k-£45k. But if you’re good at what you do, there’s no limit. The more you sell, the more you take home.
* Bikes: You’ll be surrounded by them. Whether you’re a rider or not, there’s something cool about helping people pick out their next set of wheels.
* Guaranteed first-quarter bonus. We’ll pay you some extra in your first quarter to get you up and running. You’ll also be able to take advantage of our uncapped bonus structure and earn from day 1.
What you’ll be doing:
* Selling motorbikes. We’ve got more leads than we know what to do with, so it’s more about guiding customers through the process, helping them find the right bike, and sealing the deal.
* Building relationships. You’ll take time to understand what the customer’s after, make recommendations, and ensure they leave with the bike that suits them best.
* Delivering great customer service. You’ll need to connect with customers, answer their questions, and make the whole process easy and enjoyable for them.
What we’re looking for:
* Sales experience. You’ve done this before, ideally over the phone and face-to-face – maybe in cars, retail, or another fast-paced sales environment. You understand targets, you’re competitive, and you know how to close a deal.
* Confidence. You need to be able to engage with all types of customers, listen to what they need, and make them feel comfortable every step of the way.
* Enthusiasm. You don’t have to be a bike expert (yet), but you’ve got to be excited about what we do. We’ll give you all the product training you need – you just need to bring the energy.

We now have 5 sites across the UK. Our head office is still in Macclesfield, but we’ve expanded to Donington Park, Bradford, Bristol, and Milton Keynes employing over 280 people along the way with plans to expand even further.
