Get Golfing CIO is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team at Ansty Golf Club. As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food services for events and functions, alongside our daily casual dining trade.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with group chef to execute seasonal menus.
* Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards.
* Coordinate with our management team to understand the catering requirements.
* Manage food inventory, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
* Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Oversee stock control and delivery procedures.
Requirements
* Previous catering experience in a cafe, school, or care home kitchen environment.
* Passion for food.
* Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Food hygiene level 2 certificate.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
