We’re now looking to recruit a superstar Restaurant
Supervisor to support with the daily operation (mainly evening and
weekends) of our Pearly Cow Restaurant team from the front, making us the go to
foodie destination in York.
The Job
As our Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be supporting our Pearly Cow
Manager in managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of our Pearly Cow
Restaurant. Whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or private dining, you’ll be
supervising the day to day operation of a team of waiters/runners, ensuring
each of our guests receives a positive experience.
You’ll ensure that our Pearly Cow Restaurant, Private
Dining Room and Marmalade Lounge offers a service that you would expect from a
great restaurant yet unpretentious and relaxed.

You are food, beverage and hospitality obsessed. You love fine dining as
much as you love a good burger- and take pride in serving perfectly. You take
pride in working in an establishment that loves to produce the best food

You understand how the restaurant works, from top to bottom. And most of
all- you love your team- you know how to train, motivate and lead by example.
You are hands on and love spending your time on the floor, not in front of a
computer.
